Terms of Service
Effective 1 July 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using assets.dev(“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Desplega Labs(“we”, “us”) operates the Service.
2. The Service
assets.dev provides an AI-powered creative asset rendering platform. We render images and videos from templates using your brand data and deliver them via API, MCP endpoint, or web interface. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@desplega.sh if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to produce content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringing on third-party intellectual property rights. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service without our written consent. Automated abuse of the API beyond your plan quota is prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any brand assets, content, or data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service. We retain ownership of the Service, its codebase, and all Desplega Labs intellectual property.
6. Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. We may update pricing with 30 days’ notice.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Desplega Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We may terminate or suspend access immediately for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
