Common questions.
What counts as an image render vs a video render?
An image render produces a static PNG or JPEG from a template. A video render produces an MP4. Both consume from their respective monthly quota.
Do unused renders roll over to the next month?
No. Quotas reset on your billing cycle date each month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
What is MCP access?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets AI agents like Claude or Cursor call Studio tools — render, list templates, update brand — directly from a conversation or codebase. Your account URL is the only thing you need to share.
